MysteryKart is operated by Insec Solution LLP, headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Insec Solution LLP is an established Indian cyber-security company. Your data is handled with bank-grade safeguards.

These Terms govern your access to and use of mystkart.com (“MysteryKart”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Insec Solution LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India with its principal office in Kolkata, West Bengal. By browsing, registering, placing an order or otherwise using this website, you (“user”, “customer”, “you”) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Purchases of the Hacker Box category are strictly limited to users 18 years of age or older. Age verification may be requested before fulfilment.

2. Nature of the product (mystery boxes)

  • All products sold on MysteryKart are curated mystery boxes. The exact contents of each box are intentionally not disclosed prior to delivery — this surprise element is the core nature of the product.
  • Each tier guarantees a minimum number of items and a minimum aggregate retail value, both stated on the product page. We strive to consistently deliver a retail value of approximately 2× the box price; this is a good-faith target, not a contractual warranty.
  • We reserve the absolute right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater retail value, depending on stock availability, sourcing constraints, sourcing partner changes or curatorial judgment.
  • Item images, descriptions, references and category artwork displayed on the site are representative and illustrative only. They are not promises of the exact item that will be inside any given box.

3. Orders, pricing and acceptance

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The contract of sale is concluded only once we accept the order by sending an order confirmation email and successfully receiving payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion in cases including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, unverifiable address, repeated failed payments, or violation of these Terms. In such cases the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Promotional codes, coupons, referral credits and discount offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment

  • Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified secure payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers, CVV or netbanking credentials on our servers.
  • Accepted methods include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, netbanking and supported wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • By submitting payment information you represent and warrant that the payment instrument used belongs to you (or that you are duly authorised to use it) and that funds are sufficient to cover the transaction.

5. Shipping & delivery

  • We ship pan-India through reputed courier partners. Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days for most pin codes; remote and island pin codes (e.g., Andaman, Lakshadweep, parts of NE India) may take longer.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier (“FOB origin”). Tracking information will be shared once the package leaves our facility.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate and currently active shipping address and contact number. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

6. Cancellations and damaged-item returns

  • Customer-initiated cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of successful payment confirmation and only if the order has not entered packing. Detailed terms are set out in our Order Cancellation Policy.
  • Mystery boxes are not eligible for return on the basis of dissatisfaction, change of mind, or perceived value. However, items that arrive physically damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect may be returned within 5 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Damaged-Item Return Policy. Return shipping back to our Kolkata facility is to be arranged and borne by the customer.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations or, where applicable, for damaged-item returns are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Refunds are also issued automatically by the payment gateway for any payment-failure scenario where money was debited without an order being created.

7. Damaged or wrong items on arrival

  • If the outer parcel arrives visibly tampered, opened or damaged, please refuse delivery from the courier and notify us within 24 hours at mysterykartsupport@gmail.com with photographs of the parcel.
  • If individual items inside an intact parcel are damaged or are demonstrably different from the category ordered, raise a damaged-item return request within 5 calendar days of delivery as set out in our Damaged-Item Return Policy. An unedited unboxing video that begins before the outer seal is broken is mandatory.
  • Approved claims will be resolved at our sole discretion by way of replacement of the affected item, store credit, or refund of the item’s proportionate share of the box price to the original payment method. Decisions of MysteryKart in such matters are final.

8. Hacker Box (educational use only)

  • Hacker Box products are sold strictly for educational, research, and authorised security testing purposes within the framework of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended) and applicable Indian law.
  • You undertake not to use any tool, kit or component contained in Hacker Box to access, intercept, interfere with, alter or test any computer system, network, device, signal or radio frequency that you do not own or have express written authorisation to test.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MysteryKart, Insec Solution LLP and its officers from any and all claims, damages, penalties or proceedings arising from any unlawful, unauthorised or unethical use of Hacker Box items by you.

9. Intellectual property

  • All site content, including but not limited to the MysteryKart name, logo, copy, photography, graphics, UI design, source code, animations, sound and 3D assets, is the exclusive property of Insec Solution LLP or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, distributed or commercially exploited in any form without our prior written consent.

10. Acceptable use

  • You agree not to use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of our systems, infrastructure or other users’ accounts.
  • You will not upload, transmit, post or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, hateful, or that violates the rights of any third party.

11. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of MysteryKart and Insec Solution LLP arising out of or in connection with any single transaction shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for that specific transaction.
  • Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress.

12. Indemnity

  • You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MysteryKart, Insec Solution LLP, its partners, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your misuse of products, particularly Hacker Box items, or (iii) any violation of law or third-party rights by you.

13. Force majeure

  • We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligation under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, fire, flood, accident, strikes, lock-downs, courier failures, internet outages, governmental orders or regulatory action.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the MysteryKart website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and tribunals located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

15. Changes to these Terms

  • We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
