Shipping & Delivery Policy

MysteryKart is operated by Insec Solution LLP, headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Insec Solution LLP is an established Indian cyber-security company. Your data is handled with bank-grade safeguards.
We ship MysteryKart orders pan-India from our Kolkata fulfilment centre. This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, how tracking works, and what to do if something goes wrong on the way to your doorstep.
1. Where we ship
- We currently ship across all states and Union Territories of India, covering 28 states and 8 UTs through our reputed third-party courier partners.
- International shipping is not available at this time. Orders may only be placed for delivery to addresses within the Republic of India.
- A small number of pin codes are designated as “non-serviceable” by our courier partners (typically remote villages or restricted military zones). If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or shortly after order placement, and your payment will be refunded in full.
2. Order processing time
- Orders are reviewed, curated and packed within 24 to 48 working hours of successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or recognised Indian public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
- During high-volume periods (festive sales, launch drops, promotional events), the packing window may extend up to 72 working hours. We will keep you informed via email if this happens.
3. Estimated delivery timelines
- Tier-1 metros (Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune): typically 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns: typically 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- Remote, island and restricted-access pin codes (e.g., Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, parts of North-East India, Ladakh, Kashmir Valley): typically 7 to 12 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines above are best-effort estimates supplied by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather events, courier load, public holidays, festive surges or events of force majeure.
4. Shipping charges
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49 is levied on every order with a subtotal below ₹999.
- Free shipping is automatically applied to every order with a subtotal of ₹999 or more.
- All shipping charges are inclusive of applicable taxes and are displayed clearly on the checkout page before payment.
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid for online via our secure payment gateway.
5. Tracking your parcel
- Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email with the courier name, tracking ID and a direct tracking link.
- You can also see live shipment status inside your MysteryKart dashboard at any time by signing in and visiting the “Orders” tab.
- Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to start updating in the courier’s system.
6. Correct address and contact details
- You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate and currently active shipping address, recipient name and mobile number at the time of placing your order.
- We do not accept changes to a shipping address once an order has been packed or handed to the courier.
- Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, repeated unavailability of the recipient, or non-payment of any applicable duties shall be treated as a completed sale. Any reshipment will be at your cost.
7. Risk of loss and damage
- Title to the goods and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the parcel to the courier partner.
- Every parcel is hand-packed in a tamper-evident outer carton with internal padding. If the outer carton you receive shows visible signs of tampering, opening, severe wetness or crushing, please refuse the delivery and notify us at mysterykartsupport@gmail.com within 24 hours with photographs of the parcel.
- If the parcel is delivered in a sound outer condition but you have a claim of missing or wrong items, you must raise it within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by an unedited, continuous unboxing video that begins before the outer seal is broken. Without such evidence, missing-item claims cannot be processed.
8. Lost or substantially delayed parcels
- A parcel is considered “delayed” only if it has not been delivered within 14 working days of dispatch (or 21 working days for remote/island pin codes).
- If you believe your parcel is lost or substantially delayed beyond the windows above, please write to mysterykartsupport@gmail.com with your order ID. We will open a courier investigation, which typically takes 7 to 10 working days to conclude.
- If the courier confirms the parcel is genuinely lost, we will at our discretion (i) reship an equivalent box, or (ii) issue store credit, or (iii) refund the order amount to the original payment method.
9. Force majeure / events beyond our control
- MysteryKart and Insec Solution LLP shall not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, damage or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, cyclones, earthquakes, pandemics, riots, strikes, lockdowns, war, terrorism, government orders, courier strikes, civil unrest, road or air closures, and IT or infrastructure failures.
- In such cases, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate revised timelines or refund options where applicable.
