Mystery boxes are non-returnable due to their surprise nature. However:

• Defective items: replaced within 7 days of delivery.
• Missing items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement.
• Wrong category/tier shipped: full refund or replacement.

Refunds are processed to original payment method within 7 working days.
